Home Workout: A 25-30 Minute Total Body Workout- Cardio and Strength

If you're in need of a quick workout to do at home, no equipment needed, then give this a try! This workout is for ALL fitness levels. Modifications are shown for beginners too! To get started download an app on to your phone that you can time yourself with. I like the app 'interval timer'. Interval Timer Set Up: Interval Cycles: 8 High: 20 seconds for beginners or 30 seconds for advance (your work time) Low: 10 seconds (your rest time between moves) Make sure that the repeat is set to 'on'. Number of cycles: 6 Rest: 20-35 seconds *Don't forget to select your buzzer sounds too! Here's how it works. You will be doing move A for 20 or 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, do move B for 20 or 30 seconds. Repeat until you've done each move 4x's each. Rest for 30-45 seconds before starting a new set of moves. Now turn up your tunes and get to work! Have a great workout! Be Unstoppable,
