Total Body Workout - Deck Sweat

If you're tired of the same old type of workout, switch things up with this fun Deck Sweat game! All you need is a deck of playing cards and yourself! To set up the game, first take out all of the face cards, then divide the rest of the cards into their suits (Ace through 10). Grab 1 of the piles, if you're doing this with a buddy, give them a pile too. Shuffle your decks up. How the game works: Set a timer for 30-35 minutes (this is how long you'll work for). Before picking up a card you'll need to complete a 'BUY IN'. After completing the buy in moves you'll then pick up a card and complete the appropriate exercise and reps. Once you're done with that move complete the buy in moves again then flip over another card and so on! Once you finish the deck (1-10), shuffle the cards and start over again until the 30-35 minutes is up! The Workout: BUY IN (all exercises to be completed before each time you pick up a card): - 5 Push Ups - 5 Tricep Dips - 5 V-Ups Card Exercises: 1 (ACE): 10 Burpees 2: 20 Plank Jacks 3: 20 Walking Lunges 4: 20 Squat Jumps 5: 15 Knee Tucks 6: 50 meter Gorilla Walk 7: 20 Star Jumps 8: 15 Push Ups 9: 100 meter sprint 10: 1/4 mile run Have fun and post a sweaty selfie with #CurlysFitness. If you do it with a buddy create some friendly competition by seeing who can get through the most cards. Make the loser do extra burpees or a punishment of the winners choice!
