Good nutrition is a KEY component to our health! 


Knowing how to stick to a plan that fits your lifestyle is crucial to your results. I believe in eating whole natural foods 80% of the time and the other 20% I eat chocolate and ice cream!

Most of my recipes are things that I LOVE, but have transformed into a healthier version.

 

My advice to those who are just starting off, start by transforming your meals that you already eat; ask yourself how can I make this meal just a little bit healthier?  Make it a fun little game, but it’s not necessary to go to the extreme by completely eliminating the things that you enjoy!
