15 Minute HIIT Workout for Abs

Before getting into the workout, I want to make it clear that when it comes to creating nicely defined abs, good nutrition is incredibly important. You won't see all of your hard earned work unless you lose body fat. Good nutrition combined with high intensity interval training, like this one, 2 to 3 times a week will get you abs of steel! It won't happen over night, just like anything else, it takes time and consistency to build a nice strong core. But don't let that discourage you. This high intensity interval training workout will give you a good combination of core strength moves as well as cardio moves. It will increase your heart rate, burn fat and build core strength. It only takes about 15 minutes to get through, everyone has time to do that! All moves can be done with just your body weight. It's optional to use a 5-20lb weight for the mason twist if you have one.
