Quick Body Weight Workout - High Intensity Interval Training

The best way to start your week (esp. after a super bowl party) is to get moving!


One of my favorite cardio conditioning workouts is high intensity interval training. It gets the heart pumping and burns a lot of calories. And it’s just as effective if not better than running!


Give this HIIT workout a try, using just your body weight!


Perform exercise A for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds then perform exercise B for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Rotate through that cycle until you’ve done each exercise 4 times. Rest 30 seconds then continue the 2nd set of moves the same way and so on until you’ve done all 3 sets of moves. All the way through is about a 16min workout. Repeat that 2 times for over a 30min. workout!
