Clean Eating Tender Meatballs

Spaghetti and meatballs were a staple food in my family while growing up, we ate it WEEKLY! It was a quick and easy dish for my mom to whip up for a family of 6, and it was one dish that EVERYONE ate without turning their nose up to it. We all have a bit of Italian in us, except for my mom. Though it was a tasty dish, it is not something that you want to eat a lot of. Growing up, I remember a time that my family lived with my Italian Grandparents for a month while waiting for our house to be built. They eat pasta like we do salads before meals... let's just say I gained quite a bit of weight while living with them. Since adapting to my clean eating ways, the traditional way that my mom and grandma made spaghetti and meatballs would not be considered a “clean” dish. After doing some research I’ve created the perfect clean eating meatball that tastes just as good as my mom’s! I call these our Schum Power Meatballs! All ingredients are natural and nutrient dense. They are even dairy free and gluten free! And most importantly, they are designed to give you some true Schum-Power! You can eat these alone or make it a complete meal by pouring them over zoodles or brown rice pasta. Give them a try, post a picture of them on FB or Instagram and tag me! Let me know how they are!
