When in need of a dessert, and don't want to completely kill your good nutrition habits, you can totally count on me! I'm always finding ways to enjoy chocolate without actually eating the processed crap that gives you all the bad feelings! I recently discovered dessert hummus! You can purchase it at our local Harvest Market, but it can become a bit of a pricey snack especially if you have kids (in my case, Kenny) in the house that are devouring it in one sitting! So I tempted to make my own and it was just as tasty (if not better)! What do you do with dessert hummus, you ask? Well if you're me, you eat it by the spoonful. Otherwise you can dip banana's, strawberries, pretzels, or spread it on rice cakes, waffles, cookies or cupcakes! This dessert hummus paired with strawberries would make for a perfect Valentine's Day treat for your loved ones! Don't tell them what's in it before making them try it and see what they think!
