WHOLE 30: My Favorite Recipes

I’m so proud sitting here as I write this. I have 7 days until I complete the whole30! I’ll be honest, I’m slightly in disbelief that I’ve made it this far without any slips. Before this I followed the 80/20 rule. 80% of my food was considered ‘clean’ and the other 20% was considered a ‘treat’. So following something as strict as the whole30 was very new to me. I’m used to a little bit more freedom when it comes to making foods choices. But I was eager to see how this plan would change my thought and mindset about food. And boy did it! I sort of feel like a new human. 🙂 But I’ll get to that later. I’m writing this blog because I wanted to share my FAVORITE WHOLE30 MEALS. I’ve really enjoyed the experience of cooking these meals and I’ve been making some of the BEST meals to date!

Here are my top 3:

1. Salmon topped with guacamole. This one right here is for all my salmon lovers. It’s SO EASY, SO FAST and SO DELICIOUS. Pair this with your favorite steamed or roasted veggie and you have yourself the perfect Whole30 meal.

2. Shepherds Pie. It’s the perfect combination of flavors and it’s a one pot meal… need I say more?

3. Chicken Hash. Right when I thought my Whole30 meals couldn’t get much better. The perfect sweet and spicy heart warming dish.
