One of my favorite strength and conditioning workouts is using the KETTLEBELL.

It wasn’t until about a year ago when I really started to grow fond of them. I’ve always been into running and lifting before then. And quite honestly I didn’t really know how to use a kettlebell or why one would want to use one before really starting to learn about them. Now after a foundations course certification, and spending many hours practicing, teaching and training I’ve fallen in love with using kettlebells.

There are so many variations of moves that you can combine together using a kettlebell to keep the workouts fun and interesting. It also combines the benefits of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning giving you a total body workout. If you’re using a challenging enough weight and combine the right moves together, you will easily burn 300 calories within 30 minutes just using kettlebells.

Now, are you ready to burn some serious calories and burst through your workout boredom? Turn up your favorite tunes, grab a few kettlebells (that are different weights) and try this workout yourself!

Repeat 2x’s for a 30 minute workout!

Kettlebells can be intimidating, especially when first starting out. If you’d like to switch up your workout routine and begin using kettlebells more please contact me. 🙂 I’d love to get you started on them!

If you try this workout on your own, make sure to take a post workout selfie, post it to instagram and tag me to it so I can see it (@curlysfitness)!
