Cardio, Legs, Shoulders Express Workout

Short on time but need a quick and effective workout?
Try this workout that includes cardio plus legs and shoulders strength conditioning.
Start with 10min of jogging or running. Then complete 3-4 rounds of the following moves, 15 reps per a move. Complete 1 set for each of the moves before moving on to set 2 and so on.
