Need a kick in the butt? Do this workout that can be done with or without equipment at home. Takes about 35-45 mins depending on how long your runs are.

WOD
🌟1 mile run (w/weighted vest-optional) – Beginners run 1/4-1/2 mile
🌟Complete 10 rounds: – 10 Medball Slam Burpees (or 10 regular burpees) – 10 Hanging leg raises (or 10 lying down leg lifts) – 10 push ups – 5 pull ups (or 5 pike presses)
🌟Finish with 1 mile run (w/weighted vest- optional) – Beginners run 1/4-1/2 mile
